Prof Asif Ahmed guest speaker at PharmaMedic Consultancy event 14 Feb 2023

We are looking forward to PharmaMedic Consultancy’s annual social event this Thursday evening (16 February 2023), featuring guest speaker Prof Asif Ahmed from MirZyme Therapeutics. Prof Ahmed developed two protective pathways that can be used to predict – and potentially prevent and treat – preeclampsia.  

Prof Ahmed’s talk, ‘Transforming Lives Against All the Odds’, is sure to be informative and will be enjoyed alongside dinner and drinks at London’s Royal Society of Medicine. 

 In addition to being a world-renowned British biomedical scientist, Prof Ahmed founded the Aston Medical School in 2014. This was the first medical school to be established in the city of Birmingham for 200 years.  

 The evening will be hosted by PharmaMedic’s Managing Director Dr Malcolm Barratt-Johnson, who will be on hand to meet and greet guests.
